At Royal Events & Decors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read our return and refund policy below.

Returns

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The product must also be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Used or damaged products
  • Items returned after the allowed return period

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
